SketchSum walkthrough
Sketch Sum · in development
The flow
A little sketch.
A lot of detail.
All connected.
A sketch becomes a layout. The layout becomes a parts list. The parts become a quote. Start from a site photo and the sketch drafts itself. Change one thing and everything after it follows.
Trace the field sketch and watch the railing build itself above the drawing, down to the last end cap.
Dealer network
One engine, many storefronts.
Each dealer works under their own brand. The catalog, pricing and product rules stay shared underneath, so a price change reaches every dealer at once.
Every order, from every dealer, lands in one inbox at the manufacturer.
The record
What the customer saw is what the record keeps.
Every revision is kept exactly as it was sent, with who changed what and when. An approval is recorded against the revision the customer saw: their name, the time, the total, the terms.
Watch one job go through its life: two revisions, a typed approval, an order, then a new price list that reprices the open draft and leaves the order alone.
“Can you price this?”
A well-made quote.
One drawing. Every detail carried through.
